Born in Timperley: 10th Anniversary Celebration

2020 marks the 10th anniversary of the passing of Chris Sievey/Frank Sidebottom. We are excited to tell you we are planning to commemorate this significant milestone by organising an official event in Timperley Village.

Provisionally, it’s to be named “Born in Timperley: The Frank Sidebottom 10th Anniversary Celebration.”

It’s very early days and we still have some fundamental issues to sort out and confirm, so we can’t go into the details just yet... but it’s safe to say, SAVE THE DATES Saturday 20th-Sunday 21st June, 2020.

It will be a family-friendly and community-focused event with any monies raised going to Chris Sievey’s charity of choice, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust.

We are on the lookout for volunteers to help run the event and any suitable contributions that may enhance it. So please get in touch if you think you can help.

To coincide with this special event, a line of exclusive “10th Anniversary” limited edition merchandise is also in pre-production.
